In one of her numerous movie appearances, Fran Drescher is invited to act in the 1990 comedy Cadillac Man, playing a supporting role as a married woman having an affair with the character of Robin Williams, a Brooklyn Car Salesman short on cash and evidently short on luck.

Fran Drescher’s character only adds to the chaos and complication of Robin Williams’ character, who is divorced from his wife, has a daughter who is MIA, is on a two day deadline to sell 12 cars or lose his job, has an outstanding loan to a local mob boss who is determined to collect, and to top it off is also having relations with another unmarried woman in addition to the woman played by Fran Drescher. With her unique wit, charm, and trademark Brooklyn accent, Drescher is able to deliver a performance that is perfectly suited to her role in this comedy film.
